I absolutely love the profile of this version of helmet versus the earlier M40 cos I always wanted to create figures during the late years of the war. However DML's version of this helmet somehow could not fit most of my 1/6 th heads. Therefore I have made improvements on DML's piece to obtain a better fit by thinning down the entire helmet and then detailing the pins and ventilation hole. I have created resin copies of my version and they are simply fantastic. This helmet is painted Field Grey with weathering to depict wear and chipped paints. A chin strap and fastener is also added.
